"Each painting, to me, is first and foremost like a page in a diary. There are many things that compel me to record at certain moments. The emotions encapsulated within a painting remain as intact as ever over time. The act of painting, and the practice of art in general, feels so intimate to me. When I see something that moves me, I can capture it, transforming the beauty of a fleeting moment into an enduring beauty. The emotional connection between objects, events, the artist, and the viewer is intertwined. Each piece is my way of communicating and interacting with others. Despite all the ups and downs, the ebb and flow of emotions, I have painted with the calmest strokes. I hope the viewers will also be able to positively perceive the emotions within my artwork."
